CoDE-SL provides products and services in renewable energy and energy efficiency. We believe in the economic and social impact that increased access to clean affordable energy will bring to Sierra Leone. Realizing that impact also represents a significant business opportunity for CoDE-SL. Our energy generation focus includes solar, coastal and off-shore wind, small hydro and waste-to-energy.

SL is blessed with seven rivers crisscrossing the country and relatively low water table in most places. This provides an opportunity to sustainably increase access to clean water using solar water pumps for irrigation and domestic use. We are providing innovative affordable solar water pumping solutions for small farmers, significantly increasing their productivity through year-round access to irrigation water.

CoDE-SL is building a business providing modern sustainable energy and water solutions to farmers and agro-processors in SL. It’s only natural that we should be farmers ourselves to develop and test our products and services.

CoDE-SL principals saw the ravages of the Ebola virus in our country’s health care system because of the lack of energy and running water in most of our hospitals and clinics.
